Nestled in a quiet street yet centrally located, the hotel offers easy access to the vibrant old town-an ideal launchpad for any traveler. The rooms are clean and adequately furnished, featuring comfortable beds and essential amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, which adds a touch of luxury without breaking the bank. The shared kitchen is well-equipped and encourages interaction among guests, reflecting an ethos of camaraderie that trekkers often appreciate. On the value side, the friendly staff, particularly Aco and Mina, provided excellent tours and ticket assistance, ensuring I was well-informed about local attractions. Though I noted a slight weariness in the furnishings, the overall experience felt proportionate to the price. Ultimately, for conscious travelers seeking both comfort and practicality, Franz Ferdinand strikes a commendable balance worth considering.
